It’s been blogged about by everyone, but I couldn’t resist making a post about this project by Foster R. Huntington. The series asks participants to photograph the objects they could not forsake in the event of a fire.

I love seeing the objects detached from the sentimentality of the owners’ explanations- we may have our reasons, but we all sure like some weird stuff.
